Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 large clove of garlic (or if you LOVE it like me, use *4* cloves)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tbls olive oil
- 2 large portabello Mushrooms
- Random veggies that you like (like an Onion or tomato) optional
- loaf of very nice bread
Spread the special sauce on the very nice bread and enjoy!
