Makes 2 cups.
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Peel bananas and cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Place banana slices and strawberries on a wax paper lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Freeze 2 hours or until frozen.
- Process fruit, water and juice in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve immediately or freeze.
- Garnish servings with whole strawberries and mint leaves.
