Minute Steaks Parmesan

 1 egg
 1 Tbsp. water
 1/4 t. pepper
 1/4 c. saltine crackers, crushed
 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
 5 beef cube steaks (minute steaks)
 1/4 c. oil
 8 oz. jar pizza sauce
 Beat together egg, water and pepper; set aside.
 In another bowl, combine cracker crumbs and 1/8 c. of the Parmesan cheese (half the cheese).
 Dip steaks in egg m ixture then in crumbs.  Brown steaks in skillet in hot oil; drain on paper towels.
 Arrange steaks in a 13x9-inch pan, cover with pizza sauce and remaining Parmesan cheese.  Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.
