- 2 cups fresh chopped coriander leaves
- 1 cup chopped mint leaves
- 2 – 3 green chilis
- salt, to taste
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- Add all the ingredients in a mixer with a little water and grind to a fine paste.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
