- 2 ripe genuine California avocados
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ Cup Diced Onion
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp Minced cilantro
- To taste red pepper sauce
- Garnish Minnesota Cheddar Cheese
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. 2. Scoop out the pulp and place in a bowl. 3. Drizzle the pulp with lemon juice and mash. 4. Combine with remaining ingredients, mix well and add red pepper sauce to taste. 5. Sprinkle with Cheese and serve with chips.
