- 7 1/2 oz salmon, canned
- 4 oz Saltines, finely crushed
- 1 x Onion, finely diced
- 1 x egg
- 1 tbl lemon juice
- 2 tsp dill
- 2 tsp pepper
- Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.
- Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.
- Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
