Potato Skins

A great twist on a favorite!

Yields: 4-5 servings

  1. Bake potatoes.russet potatoes
  2. Cool and quarter. Scoop out potato and place skin side down on a non-stick pan.
  3. Brown ground beef until done, mix in 4 oz. of salsa & chili powder
  4. Scoop seasoned beef onto each potato skin.
  5. Sprinkle cheese onto skins.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sour cream
  8. ===Add chopped blk olives if desired===
