Mexican Marinade

1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator. Use as a marinade for meats and vegetables.

Makes about 1/2 cup
