Ingredients[]
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 can 12 oz chopped tomatoes, keep the juice
- 1/2 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 tsp fruit sugar
- 1 cup corn
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder

Add the water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Add all the ingredients, except the corn. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until water has been absorbed into rice.
