1 1/2 cups wine vinegar 1 t. soy sauce 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 T. salt 1/2 t. cayenne pepper 1 T. crushed red pepper Dash Tabasco
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Put meat into bowl with marinade and place in refrigerator. Turn meat frequently, marinate 8 to 10 hours. Put roast into pan, pour marinade over meat and bake as usual, basting frequently. Can also be used to marinate pork chops, steaks or chicken parts before baking, broiling or frying.
