For a delicious twist on the traditional meatloaf, try this turkey version. Prepared pesto and oregano add lots of flavor.

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey and spinach until well blended.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan.
  5. Bake 45 – 50 minutes, until an instant read thermometer inserted in center registers 160°F.
  6. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
