Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

Try these very tender meatballs over baked spaghetti squash or low-carb pasta.

  1. In a large bowl soak bread in cream until soft.
  2. Add ground chuck, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg yolk, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form mixture into 1½ meatballs.
  5. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add meatballs and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels.
  8. Wipe out skillet.
  9. Add tomato sauce and basil to skillet.
  10. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  11. Add meatballs, cook on low 5 minutes until heated through.
