  1. Peel the bananas and soak in lukewarm water with juice of one lemon for 2 minutes.
  2. Melt ghee/butter in a large saucepan.
  3. Fry onions, chile and coriander in ghee for 3 minutes.
  4. Add bananas and cover with 2 cups beef stock.
  5. Simmer for 30 – 35 minutes.
