In Romanian: Pire de spanac pentru ochiuri.
- Pick the spinach leaves, wash in several changes of water. Set to boil in previously boiling water. Boil for just a few minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Drain and leave in the colander until cool. Chop very fine. Then put in a pan with the butter, 2-3 tablespoons of water, milk and salt and simmer until the liquid is reduced.
- Serve this dish with fried or scrambled eggs.
