  1. Prepare dough for 1 crust pie.
  2. Roll and line 9" pie pan.
  3. Combine flour and brown sugar.
  4. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
  7. Stir in fruits.
  8. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  9. Pour into pie shell bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle evenly with topping mix.
  11. Bake an additional 12–15 minutes until topping is golden brown.
