  1. Grease and flour 10" spring-form pan.
  2. For cake, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add lemon peel and egg.
  4. Beat 2 minutes.
  5. Combine flour, poppy seed, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream.
  7. Spread batter over bottom and 1 inch up sides of prepared pan.
  8. For filling, combine all filling ingredients and spoon over cake batter.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 45 – 55 minutes.
  10. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
  11. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.
