Mango ice cream is a dessert that can be served with mint.

Ingredients Edit

• 4 ripe mangoes
• ½ – 1 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp gelatin
• 1½ cups heavy cream

Garnish Edit

• mango slices
• fresh mint

Directions Edit

1. Prepare the fruits, place them in a bowl.
2. Make the cream with the other ingredients as sugar, lemon juice and gelatin.
3. Freeze the cream and add it to the fruits.
