- Put the curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang for 10 minutes.
- Press to make sure the excess water is removed.
- Peel off skin of the mango and take out the pulp.
- Mash the paneer till smooth and creamy.
- Blend mango pulp,curd, with Milkmaid and mango essence in a blender to make it smooth.
- Chill till almost frozen.
