mango Crisp with Cashew-cinnamon Crunch Topping

- 2 cups peeled and sliced mango
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1 cup chopped cashews
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, room temperature
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream

- Put sliced mangoes in bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them;
- Mix with a fork to combine
- Combine cashews, flour, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar and mix well to make topping
- Top fruit with the mixture and bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
