- 1 cup mango chutney
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 can (28oz) peeled plum tomatoes, crushed, with juices
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 ripe mango, cubed
- Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan.
- Simmer covered on low heat for 20 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Cool slightly.
- Purée sauce in food processor.
