Mango-Serrano Salsa

Ingredients

• juice of ½ orange
• 1 ripe mango, diced
• 1 tsp olive oil
• ½ tsp chopped fresh mint
• 2 serrano chiles, minced
• ½ red pepper, diced
• ¼ red onion, diced

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Serve with grilled chicken or seafood.
