Mango-Nut Topping

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. water
• 3 cups mango chunks
• 1 3/4 cups Sugar
• 2 cups peanuts

Directions

Bring mangos & water to boil in heavy saucepan. Add Sugar. Let cook 10-15 minutes until thickened and has smooth consistency. Add nuts and let cool. Serve over ice cream.
