Malai Mushroom

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into half heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the onions and fry till golden brown.
  3. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Next add the tomato puree and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add all the powders and let is cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the mushrooms and salt and let it cook till half done.
  7. Pour the milk and let it cook till the gravy thickens.
  8. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice.
