Madril�ne Slim Gourmet

1 can (13 oz) madril�ne or consomm� Lettuce leaves 1 can lump crab meat (6.5 oz) Plain yogurt or sour cream Capers Lemon wedges

Vigorously shake can of madril�ne and chill at least two hours before serving. Line two shallow glass bowls or compotes with lettuce leaves. For each serving, spoon one half can madril�ne onto lettuce leaves. Top with one half can crab meat. Spoon a dollop of yogurt or sour cream on top. Garnish with capers and lemon wedges.
