- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ cup green onions, including tops, snipped
- 4 tblsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 tblsp. vinegar
- 4 tblsp. water

- Combine, then grind or process all ingredients into a paste. Chill. Serve over fish or other seafood.
