- 240ml/8fl.oz. tomato Paste
- 120ml/4fl.oz. Cold water
- 60ml/2fl.oz. vegetable oil
- salt and black pepper
- 4 Spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Traditionally served as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
