- 1 1/2 lbs Beef cubed Steak
- 1 can condensed cream of Mushroom
- 1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced Mushrooms
Place meat in a microwave safe 12 x 7 ½ x 2" baking dish.cover with clear plastic wrap;vent by leaving a small area unsealed at edge of dish.micro cook on 100% (high) for 6 to 8 minutes or until done,turning the meat and rearranging once.let meat stand,covered,while preparing sauce. For sauce,in a 2 cup microwave safe measure cup,stir the soup,yogurt, and wine.stir in Mushrooms.cook,uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through,stirring once.transfer the meat to a serving platter. Pour the sauce over.sprinkle with paprika,if desired.makes 6 servings
