  1. Measure first 3 ingredients into bowl.
  2. Work together until crumbly.
  3. Pour water all over top.
  4. Mix with fork, then hands, until it will hold together.
  5. Roll thinly. Makes enough for 2 crusts.
  6. For a 2 crust pie, cut through top crust with a sharp knife while pie is still hot.
