Description Edit

This is great if you stir in some crabmeat (real or fake) and cook or a couple minutes before adding the noodles. I also like to add a healthy dose of garlic.

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Stir flour into melted butter until smooth.
  3. Stir milk in and cook down a bit until thickened.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir in until smooth.
  5. Add some fresh pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Fold in the noodles.
