  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Oil muffin or popover tins and preheat.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Beat with a rotary beater or wire whisk just until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the hot muffin tins.
  6. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until brown.
