- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp water
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup walnuts-chopped

- Preheat oven to 350. cream oil and molasses and honey.
- Mix in egg white, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.
- Do not over-mix. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until brown.
