Lobster Roll

• 1 Lb. of lobster meat,
• 1/2 cup of finely diced celery
• Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
• 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon of pepper ( white ) Black works if your out of white)
• Toasted hot dog buns

[edit] Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Divide lobster mix to fill hot dog buns ( toasting them makes it better)
