• 24 LITTLE NECKS
• 1/2 CUP olive oil
• 1/4 CUP WINE [WHITE Zinfandel]
• 1/4 CUP water
• 3 TABLESPOONS OF MINCED garlic
• 1 TABLESPOONS OF parsley
• 11/2 TABLESPOONS OF red pepper flakes

1. IN COVERED DUTCH- OVEN BRING LAST 6 INGREDIENTS TO BOIL
2. ADD CLAMS AND COOK UNTIL CLAMS OPEN ABOUT 10 min.
3. SERVE WITH ROLLS AND butter.
4. EXCELLENT FOR DUNKING IN CLAM JUICE.
