  1. Brown, fry salt pork until crunchy.
  2. Drain.
  3. Grate potatoes and add to salt pork.
  4. Mix in farina and eggs.
  5. Pour into lightly greased pan.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until nicely browned and crusty.
