• 6 or so English muffins, split in half
• 1/2 lb. or so of linguica, cut this thin
• Pizza sauce
• mozzarella Cheese grated

[edit] Directions

1. Put sauce on each muffin, put the linguica next , then the Cheese on top
2. Use a toaster oven or broiler to broil for 10 min.
3. Keep an eye on the muffins ovens vary
