  1. Grate cassava.
  2. Put cassava into a pillowcase.
  3. Set out in the sun with a heavy stone on top for 3 – 4 hours.
  4. Take cassava and sift.
  5. Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
  6. Add flour, sifted cassava, baking power, milk and spices.
  7. Pour in to greased pans and bake at 350°F for 45 – 60 minutes.
