• 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions Edit

  1. Saute celery and onions in butter.
  2. Add rice, lemon rind and seasonings.
  3. Toss.
  4. Cook over low heat about 2 minutes.
