Ingredients[]
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 or 3 tablespoons Nido
- ½ to 1 cup water
- 2 sections La vache qui rit
- black pepper, to taste
- basil, minced
- juice of 1 or 2 lemons
- 1 small can veggies, drained

- Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix in flour and Nido.
- Add water, return to heat, and cook until thick.
- Add La vache qui rit, lemon juice, and spices.
- Cook until smooth.
- Stir in veggies and cook until hot.
