- 2 cups cold water
- 2/3 cup of fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1/3 cup of Sugar
- 4 rinsed mint sprigs
- Combine ingredients in a medium-sized glass bowl. Let the mixture set for 30 minutes. Then strain the liquid into a serving pitcher and pour in 1 quart of ginger ale. Serve over ice in tall glasses. Makes about 8 servings.
