Lemon Ice Dessert

6 large lemons 1 cup sugar 1 pint half and half

Grate rind from 2 lemons. Slice in half and juice them. combine rind, juice and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add half and half slowly and mix until well blended. Pour in ice tray or bowl and freeze. Take 4 remaining lemons, halve and remove pulp and rind. Fill with frozen lemon mixture and garnish with mint leaves. Great for luncheons or following a heavy dinner. Makes 8 servings. Source:Unknown
