This is an excellent sauce to be served over baked potatoes or salmon. I do not know the calorie count, but it is high. So, this is a thing to serve to the guests or eat once every two months, unless you exercise evry day for 1 hour and have excellent cholesterol and blood pressure!
- In a small bowl mix the sour cream and mayo.
- Then add the dill and taste. Adjust the ingredients as wanted.
- Next add the Lemon juice and salt.
- Serve over baked potatoes or grilled or broiled salmon.
