Lemon Curd

  1. Split the eggs and beat egg yolk til foamy.
  2. Bring milk to a boil, and add the egg yolk while stirring til it's thickened.
  3. Take curd of stove and stir in the prepared gelatine.
  4. Stir for a while.
  5. Leave to cool for 15 minutes * beat egg whites and sugar til very stiff.
  6. Stir yoghurt and lemon juice in curd and add the stiff egg whites.
  7. Add liquid sweetener to taste.
  8. Stirring as less as possible.
