  1. Mix salt, pepper, white pepper, and mustards and mix well.
  2. Add vinegar and wine.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Gradually add oil and beat until dressing coats a metal spoon.
  5. The consistency should not be too thin or too thick.
  6. Serve with cold vegetables or salad greens.
