- 1 x 27 ounce can sauerkraut rinsed and drained
- 1 sm head cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 med Onion diced
- 2 Apples peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tbl Sugar
- 3 tbl brown sugar
- 3 tbl oil
1. In a slow cooker, layer the drained kraut with sliced cabbage, Onion and Apples. Sprinkle each layer with caraway seeds and sugars. Pour oil over the top. 2. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (on high for 3 hours). Stir well before serving with roast Pork and potatoes.
