  1. Fry the meat pieces in lard, add finely chopped onion, flour, washed, blanched and drained spinach, a tablespoon of tomato sauce, 2 – 3 tablespoons water and salt.
  2. Cover the pan and bake until the liquid is reduced.
  3. When you serve, add lemon juice.
