In Romanian: Miel cu ciuperci
- 1 lb / 500 g lamb
- 1 lb / 500 g mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lard
- Cube the meat, salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut in pieces.
- Dredge the meat with flour and fry in hot lard, add chopped onion and the mushrooms.
- Fry everything at very low heat for 20 minutes.
- Add sour cream, pepper and salt if needed.
- Let simmer, covered, until the meat is tender.
- If there is not enough sauce, add a little water.
