LITHUANIAN POTATO KUGELI

COMBINE:

• 8 to 10 potatoes, grated
• 8 eggs, beaten
• 1 can carnation milk

SAUTE:

• 1 lg. Onion, chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 8 peppercorns
• 1 stick butter

[edit] Directions

1. Remove leaves and peppercorns.
2. Add saute mixture to Potato mixture; stir thoroughly.
3. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch glass casserole.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; until center is done.
