  1. In a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker combine cabbage, potato, and carrots.
  2. Top with kielbasa.
  3. Sprinkle basil, thyme, and pepper over kielbasa.
  4. Pour chicken broth over all.
  5. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 9 hours or on high-heat setting for 3½ to 4½ hours.
