Kibbi Balls in yoghurt

Directions Edit

  1. Prepare kibbi balls.
  2. Bake in an oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare cooked yoghurt.
  4. In the meantime boil rice in water for 25 minutes.
  5. Stir into boiling yoghurt.
  6. Add kibbi balls one by one (don't stir).
  7. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  8. Fry garlic and coriander till fragrant.
  9. Add to kibbi mixture.
  10. Cook for 3 minutes.
  11. Pour in large bowls.
  12. Serve hot or cold.
  13. Note: you can fry kibbi balls instead of baking it before adding it to cooked yoghurt.
