  • 400 ml (14 fl. oz) natural yoghurt
  • ½ cucumber, peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions Edit

  1. Peel and chop garlic finely. Next peel, core and finely chop the cucumber.
  2. Place the yoghurt in a medium bowl and add the chopped cucumber, garlic, salt and mix well.
